Je suis un citoyen concerné qui est né et a grandi dans l'arrondissement de LaSalle, situé dans la ville de Montréal, Québec, Canada et j'ai depuis décidé d'agir.
Personnellement, je suis honoré d'avoir l'occasion par la grâce dans ma vie personnelle pour donner mon temps et efforts personnels en fournissant cette initiative citoyenne et le site à tous les citoyens partout au Canada, le Québec et les municipalités. C'est ma façon de redonner à la société en tant que citoyen concerné.

Fondée en 2011 et entièrement détenue par ma société, le site www.democratique.ca a été créé et apporté à la vie grâce à la mise en marche initiale de financement et d'acquisition de la propriété du nom de domaine democratique.ca (y compris l'hébergement de sites web, la construction, le contenu et maintenance) de mon propre travail personnel et mes efforts.
Chez www. democratique.ca, nos opérations sont effectuées sur une base quotidienne avec la plus grande diligence raisonnable et le respect dans toutes les limites rationnelles et éthiques de bon sens. Tout cela est traité tout en maintenir la priorité de la compétence démocratique au sein de notre nation, et sans préjudice! Actuellement, je suis heureux d'annoncer le lancement officiel du site www. democratique. ca au nom de la promotion non-censure, de la démocratie et la transparence au sein de notre arrondissement de LaSalle, avec de nombreux autres arrondissements à suivre que ce projet pilote se développe partout au Québec et au Canada également.

Votre participation est la voie de la démocratie participative complète à LaSalle et de nombreux bourgs au-delà. I would like to begin by introducing myself, my name is Joseph Pugliese and it is a pleasure to serve you.
I am the founder of DEMOCRATIQUE.CA INC. and a concerned citizen. I was born and raised in the borough of LaSalle.
I am honored to be blessed in serving my borough with this website. I serve through the grace of my own personal time and efforts.
This citizen initiative is FREE OF CHARGE and represents my way of giving back to society.
I am motivated with the utmost anticipation for real change as I look forward to working on this wonderful project for many years to follow.

We strive to deliver to the citizens, quality reports and subjects of mass public concern. We do so without prejudice, and solely in the name of promoting censorship-free politics, transparency, and participatory democracy, respectively. Fair dealing is a statutory exception to copyright infringement and is also referred to as a user's right (as opposed to an owner's right). According to the Supreme Court of Canada, it is more than a simple defense; it is an integral part of the Copyright Act of Canada, providing a balance between the rights of owners and users. To qualify under the fair dealing exception, the dealing must be for a purpose enumerated in sections 29, 29.1 or 29.2 of the Copyright Act of Canada (research, private study, education, parody, satire, criticism or review and news reporting), and the dealing must be considered fair as per the criteria established by the Supreme Court of Canada.
